The Errington Community & Performing Arts Centre is a vibrant, multipurpose facility central to the Errington Reserve Masterplan. The venue features flexible community spaces, dance and rehearsal studios, craft areas, consulting rooms, and a 200-seat theatre with retractable seating.

Supporting facilities include commercial kitchens, dressing rooms, meeting rooms, and staff areas, all integrated with a civic entry plaza, landscaped surrounds, and parking. Delivered in a busy public precinct with restricted access, the project required precise coordination and safety management.

The completed centre offers a high-quality, accessible space for cultural, recreational, and educational activities, serving all generations of the community.
