The Wunggurril Dhurrung Community Centre is a single-storey, 5 Star Green Star certified facility combining early years learning, maternal and child health consulting suites, and a small office area.

Sustainability features include a 54kW rooftop solar array with battery storage, rainwater harvesting for irrigation and toilet flushing, low VOC finishes, and energy-efficient lighting and climate systems.

Delivered with careful planning and stakeholder engagement, the project met stringent Green Star requirements while achieving high-quality finishes and maintaining minimal impact on the surrounding environment. This landmark community hub reflects a strong commitment to environmental performance and long-term community benefit.
