The McKinnon Secondary College redevelopment delivered a new 3,200m² three-storey VCE Study Centre, replacing two existing buildings.

The facility includes four specialist science laboratories, 20 general-purpose classrooms, a dedicated Year 12 study and lounge area, administrative offices, and a wellbeing and meditation room. Flexible open spaces cater for exams, open learning, and after-school revision.

Constructed within a live school environment, the project required careful coordination, asbestos removal management, and minimal disruption to campus life. The completed centre provides a high-quality, purpose-built space that supports senior students in their final years of study and fosters a vibrant learning culture.
