The 3,430m² Senior Learning Centre at Padua College, Mornington, provides three levels of modern educational space, including a lecture theatre, general and collaborative learning areas, reception, staff facilities, and landscaped surrounds.

Connected to the existing library and administration buildings, the centre features an intricate façade with arched patterned precast concrete, cement sheet cladding, and vertical aluminium fins, complemented by timber ceilings and wall panelling inside.

Delivered within a live school environment, the project required precise coordination, custom material procurement, and integration of specialist audio-visual and seating systems. The result is a high-quality, future-focused facility supporting senior students in their final years.
